Ok, so there’s been a bit of talk about the new Nike boots and you’d have to think it would take a very stupid brave player to wear them.

But thankfully, that’s not something we’d have to worry about at Chelsea is it? After all our players wouldn’t dream of wearing them would they? Well, not without some persuasion anyway.

And poor old Nicolas Anelka, who’s rumoured to be ready to step out in the bright pink footwear for tonight’s game against Bordeaux, had to endure a torturous kidnapping until it was agreed he’d wear them……
