Ben Sahar has really struggled to get himself into the picture at Chelsea.  In three years, he’s made just five appearances as a substitute, spending most of his time out on loan. Seems a real shame for a youngster who always looked like there was plenty of potential in him but never really got the opportunity to develop it. Unfortunately, it doesn’t look as if he’s ever going to – at Chelsea anyway – because it seems the Israeli international is heading for Espanyol.

According to reports yesterday, the 19 year olds agent was due to meet with Espanyol some time this week, with the Spanish side confident of getting the player for around £800,000. Mind you, either Wiki are getting ahead of themselves or Sahar’s there already.
