Cole Hoping City Finish Above Arsenal

Ha Ha, Ashley Cole has obviously not read his ‘How To Win Friends And Influence People’ Manual eh?
As if his move to Chelsea hasn’t left Arsenal supporters bitter enough, Cole has rubbed salt into the wounds by stating he would rather see Man City finish in the top four than Arsenal.
Cole, who left Arsenal in 2006, says “I have friends at City and I hope they do really well – and that they finish above Arsenal. I think it’s going to be hard for City but they could do it. They may click straight away and it’s magic. I hope they do.”

Its interesting to note he has friends at his next club (Citeh), but none at his current club or his last club.
I think he would be better off concentrating on getting back to form and working FOR his team rather than AGAINST a team he has no right to comment on. Is it sour grapes that young Gibbs is about to take his England place?
I am sure Ashley knows exactly what he is doing and the last people he would wish as friends are the small minded people who attend matches in a stadium named after an airline and like to feel that they are a world class club… Ashley saw the writing on the wall and bettered himself coming to Chelsea… I love it that he now just winds up the sad gooners who know their season highlight will be abusing him from the stands….

Well this may sound like a dig at arsenal. But, knowing the twat, you have to wonder if he is softening the ground for a move to city by claiming to be their greatest admirer. Not surprising really. He was fawning about Mourinho yesterday in the newspaper. Apart from FA Cup he may never win EPL trophy at Chelsea. Wenger has always been magnanimous whenever he spoke about that twat but he has obviously no class to reciprocate. And this is the same Cole who was said to be dismayed by Fabregas refusal to shake hands after we beat them sometimes ago when he had labeled Cesc a lightweight. Sometimes players should just shut up. It is incredibly foolish for Cole to criticise Arsenal. Arsenal made Cole the player he is today – giving him the chance to be a very high earner with a very high standard of living. Cole also won two League titles with Arsenal, something he should not forget. In truth it leaves you thinking exactly what is between Cole’s ears, is there something in there or just fish air?

Ya I am with Ashley Cole on that. I’m a Chelsea fan and its not that I hate Arsenal, but if Man City do break into the top 4, it will most likely be at the expense of Arsenal. Arsenal are a team that seams to be gettin worse by the day. Wenger keeps sellin his best players. That is why they keep falling behind Man united, Liverpool ‘n, Chelsea. The reason why Manu ,n, Chelsea are the best 2 in the EPL is because they are clinging on to their best players.

You are clearly a dozy cunt. The top 2 teams last season were Man U and Liverpool. Hanging onto players is one thing. Can Chelski hang on to a manger. Apparently not. Cehlski were only 2 wind ahead of Arsenal last season and will probably lose their centre half as he will not get his ‘loyalty’ bonus.

I dont argue with the logic that says Arsenal are at risk of City breaking in the top 4, but only that its no concern of his.
Its obviously not enough to leave on a sour note, but he feels he must further alienate the club that made him a top class player. He sounds like he is already trying to engineer interest from City, so Chelsea may also end up selling their “best players” like ManU have.
What would he do to help his “friends” at City ?
Suppose at the end of the season Chelsea play City and if City win they will be 4th instead of Arsenal …
