Kalou Not Dreaming Of Arsenal Anymore

Well he might have been dreaming about signing for Arsenal in the Summer, but with his current deal set to expire in the summer, it’s Chelsea Kalou seems to have settle for – with a new three year deal.

His new deal is thought to be worth around £60,000 a week and Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti says “I am very pleased that Salomon has signed a new contract with us as he is an important player for this club.  He is always well motivated and works hard at his game at all times. Because of this I am sure that Salomon will become an even more important player for Chelsea in the future.”

One less for the press to speculate about I suppose.

    It wasn’t money he wanted to go to arsenal for, it was the style of football.

    He still dreams of playing for us but he’ll tolerate playing for you for that amount of money.

    Are you angry because daddy is giving your pocket money to shit reserve team players. Here’s a thought, tell Roman that you’ll happily sit on the bench or play reserve team football, then you can get 60k pocket money a week too.

    why you all dont like kalou. he is a good player. he can make chelsea win at 07/08 champion league when meet with liverpool. kalou is a great player. he still young and maybe at one time he will be a best player in chelsea.
