Lampard Happy With JT’s Reaction

After the game against Stoke at the weekend, where John Terry reacted to a barracking from the opposition with a demonstrative ‘armband’ goal celebration, Wilkins thinks enough’s enough as far as the abuse is concerned.

The Chelsea assistant coach says “Is it time for it to stop? Well I would like to think so. It’s served its course I think, but it’s happening and John’s just getting on with the situation. I’m obviously not too happy about it but there’s nothing whatsoever I can do about it. But I think he’s dealing with the situation in the only way he possibly can – that’s getting on with his football and committing himself to the cause. I think you saw from him another superb performance from him. He’s an exceptional captain and we’re delighted to have him on board.”

Frank Lampard doesn’t agree entirely though because whilst also not so keen on the verbal onslaught his skipper receives, the Chelsea midfielder insists it only serves to make the captain stronger, stating “Sometimes the abuse oversteps the mark. Strong players react in positive ways and that’s what John did. These things happen but we’ll just move on. That’s a good answer to it really.”

    The only person terry hurt was his wife and that is between him and his wife , who are we to boo him because wyane bridge is upset , wayne Bridge has no reason to be upset she was never his wife , he had broke up with her 6 months before the terry affair and he has had girlfriends since at least 2 different ones so whats his problem ?
    His problem is he is using this to raise his profile and the mugs are going for it , my problem with this is that it is affecting the english team and it has to stop stop sticking up for bridge who is only using this for publicity and support England . terry has more than paid for his adultary . i rekon his wife with the credit card made sure of that.
    and as for that argie idoit Tevez somone should tell him the meaning of people in glass houses his reson for doing what he is doing is to split the english team in case we have to play Argentina . all u muggs out there supporting Tevez look at what you are doing to the english team you idiots.
