Frank Lampard looked out of sorts for Chelsea today, missing a penalty and coming off for Kalou after 72 minutes. Breaking news however, sheds a bit more light into his lacklustre performance because he is to have Hernia surgery next week and will miss the qualifier for England.

John Terry also sustained a knock today and he’s not a certainty for England either.
