CHELSEA 5-4 United (AET): Revenge or Relief?

Revenge? Not really, I’d still rather the 3 points from the league although something tells me they’ll still probably drop a few more than us over the coming months – and since we’ve drawn Leeds away in the quarters on top of wiping the smug grin off United faces, that’ll do for now.

Anyway, here’s some opinions besides mine to have a look at:

  1. Real positive signs from both games to be honest. I feel like for the majority of both of them we outplayed them quite well why they relied on the counter. So essentially a switch from last season. A pity our defence is so shaky and concedes a lot but the way we can actually cut through their defence walls in the box I am pleased.
