Its sad but I agree with the author. Its the right time now to let our older players go. Even Lampard and Terry should be either benched or sold this summer. I would keep Cech and Ashley Cole for 1-2 more seasons atleast till Thibaut Cortois and Ryan Bertrand/Patrick Van Aanholt fully mature for their respective roles. Its time to let Kalou go, let Malouda go, let Essien go and let Hilario go and even Paulo Ferreria. Lets get a young backup rightback for Branislav Ivanovic and our CB pairing for the next few years has to be Cahill and David Luiz with Mikel our next captain as he is the best we have currently in his position. With John Obi Mikel as captain, we should rebuild the team with Marin and De Bruyne and Mata all playing to feed Torres.
